What's in each pouch

• Caffeine, 100mg, from green coffee beans

• L-theanine, 30mg — an amino acid found naturally in tea, often paired with caffeine. Most studies of that combination used more L-theanine than this, so we list the exact amount and let you decide.

• Alpha-GPC, 30mg — a source of choline. Studies of Alpha-GPC for focus typically use several hundred milligrams, so we don't claim a focus effect from the 30mg in KNETIC.

• Vitamin B6 and B12, 2mcg each

How to use

Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum. Leave it in while the flavor and caffeine release, then throw it away in the trash. One pouch at a time. Don't swallow it.

Caffeine safety

• Each pouch has 100mg of caffeine. Count every pouch toward your daily total, along with coffee, tea, soda and energy drinks.

• The FDA cites 400mg a day as an amount not generally linked to negative effects in healthy adults. That's four KNETIC pouches with no other caffeine.

• Not for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine.

• If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or an anxiety disorder, talk to your doctor before using KNETIC.

• Keep away from children and pets. Mint-Mojo contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
