An amino acid found naturally in tea and often paired with caffeine. Most studies of the caffeine and L-theanine combination used more L-theanine than this, so we list the exact amount and let you decide.

Alpha-GPC (30mg)

A source of choline. Studies of Alpha-GPC for focus typically use several hundred milligrams, so we don't claim a focus effect from the 30mg in KNETIC.

Vitamins B12 and B6
